1. Registering a New Domain
If you don’t already have a domain, registering one is the first step to getting your website online.

- Navigate to the "Domains" tab in your client area.
- Use the domain search tool to find an available domain name that suits your needs.
- Select your desired domain and click "Add to Cart."
- Configure any additional options, such as domain privacy protection.
- Complete the registration process by following the checkout instructions.
Your new domain will be registered and linked to your WILD WEB HOSTING account.
2. Creating a Subdomain
If you prefer not to register a full domain, you can create a subdomain under one of our primary domains at no additional cost. Subdomains are great for creating separate sections of your website or for testing purposes.
During Initial Registration:
- Choose a Hosting Plan: When you initially register with WILD WEB HOSTING and select a cPanel plan, you will have the option to create a subdomain.
- Enter Your Desired Subdomain Name: On the registration form, you can specify the subdomain name you want (e.g.,
yourname.wildwebhosting.com
). - Complete the Registration: Your chosen subdomain will be set up along with your hosting account, making it ready for immediate use.
After Registration:
If you need to create a subdomain after the initial registration, follow these steps:
- Log in to your WILD WEB HOSTING account.
- Navigate to the "Domains" tab and select "Create Subdomain."
- Enter your desired subdomain name (e.g.,
blog.wildwebhosting.com
). - Complete the setup to create the subdomain, which will be linked to your hosting account.
Your new subdomain will be ready to use immediately.
3. Transferring an Existing Domain
If you already own a domain with another provider, you can transfer it to WILD WEB HOSTING for centralized management.
- Log in to your WILD WEB HOSTING account.
- Navigate to the "Domains" tab and click "Transfer Domain."
- Enter the domain name you wish to transfer and click "Check Availability."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the transfer. You’ll need to unlock your domain with your current registrar and obtain an EPP (transfer) code.
- Complete the transfer process by entering the EPP code and confirming the transfer.
Please note that domain transfers can take up to 5-7 days to complete.
4. Managing DNS Settings
DNS (Domain Name System) settings control how your domain connects to your website, email, and other online services. Here’s how to manage your DNS settings:
- Log in to your WILD WEB HOSTING account.
- Go to the "Domains" tab and click "Manage Domain" next to the domain you want to edit.
- Navigate to the "DNS Management" section.
- Modify your DNS records as needed:
- A Record: Points your domain to a specific IP address.
- CNAME Record: Points your domain to another domain name.
- MX Record: Directs email to your email server.
- TXT Record: Adds text information to your DNS, often for verification purposes.
- Save your changes and allow up to 24 hours for DNS propagation.
5. Renewing Your Domain
To keep your domain active, you’ll need to renew it before it expires.
- Log in to your WILD WEB HOSTING account.
- Go to the "Domains" tab and click "Renew Now" next to the domain you want to renew.
- Select the renewal period and follow the prompts to complete payment.
You can also enable auto-renewal to ensure your domain never expires.
6. Setting Up Domain Privacy Protection
Domain privacy protection helps keep your personal information private by masking it in the WHOIS database.
- Log in to your WILD WEB HOSTING account.
- Go to the "Domains" tab and click "Manage Domain" next to the domain you want to protect.
